Richard has been a qualified instructor for over 17 years, helping many people achieve their fitness goals, whether that be:

- Conditioning
I work with you to motivate and encourage you to achieve your fitness objectives, using different methods, for example:
- Running - general fitness or 5k to marathon
- Pilates
- Cross training
- TRX
- Spinning, aerobics and step aerobics
We can work together in your own home, or at gym facilities in Stevenage.
