Richard has been a qualified instructor for over 17 years, helping many people achieve their fitness goals, whether that be:

I work with you to motivate and encourage you to achieve your fitness objectives, using different methods, for example:
 
  • Running - general fitness or 5k to marathon
  • Pilates
  • Cross training
  • TRX
  • Spinning, aerobics and step aerobics
